Torque master’s Kaizen series torque wrenches are considerably lighter than the ordinary click type torque wrenches and offer more ruggedness. Durability has been on top of our priority while developing this tool, both in terms of the life of the tool and the calibration of the tool. Full load torture tests are carried out on each and every  torque wrench prior to dispatch. The result is a product that you can use with complete confidence that you have the best tool for the job.

• Accuracy : ± 3% of reading exceeds all international standards including ISO-6789:2017. Calibration certificate with national traceability is provided with every torque wrench.

• Ratchet Head : The Ratchet head is heavy duty and reversible having a very low ratcheting torque. Spare parts for the ratchet head are available.

• Low Ratcheting arc : Low Ratcheting arc of 6 degrees to engage next gear tooth makes it possible to use in places with tight lateral space.
• Light weight : Up to 50% lighter than the traditional click type torque wrench. Reduces user fatigue. Ideal for overhead applications.

Kaizen Series torque wrenches are available with Ratchet Head, Fixed Head, Crowfoot head, Open-jaw head and interchangeable head. Pre set or production type are also manufactured on user’s demand.

Torque Wrenches are used in various operations where proper torquing of nuts, bolts and other fasteners is critical.

Torque Wrenches are of four types

• Standard Model: These Torque Wrenches are available to cover a torque range from 2Lb Ft. to 2500 Lb Ft./ 0.3 Kg.Mts. to 275 Kg.Mts. and 2 NM to 3450NM in 14 different Models with Square Drive 3/8" to 1".
• Production Torque Wrenches: These Torque Industrial Wrenches are pre-set with one particular torque for repetitive production applications. the advantages of this type torque wrench is to prevent the tampering of torque setting during assembly and to save considerable time.
• Ratchet Head Model: This Torque Industrial Wrench has a built in ratchet mechanism for working in confined area. These torque wrenches are also available to cover a torque range from 2lb Ft. to 2500 Lb Ft./ 0.2 Kg.Mts. to 350 Kg.Mts. and 2 NM to 3450NM in 14 different Models with Square Drive 3/8" to 1"
• Open Jaw Fixed Type Torque Wrenches: This is a type of torque wrench fitted with an open jaw adaptor and set a pre-determined torque. Places where vertical clearance is restricted to permit the use of an industrial sockets and a torque wrench, this torque wrench is suitable for torquing nuts. These are available to cover across flat sizes from 10mm to 46mm with torque preset to one value as per requirement.

All Torque Master Torque Wrenches are calibrated on Servo Electronic drive torque tester to an accuracy of +/_ 3% as laid down in ISO 6789:2017  Tracable To NABL.
Three phase mechanism: Sight, Touch and sound signal unmistakably lets the user know that the torque has been achieved even in noisy environment.
Comfort: The synthetic handle is manufactured by specially selected resin (Up to TM 250/TM 250R) which provides comfort and durability and resists chemicals inautomotive and industrial usage.
Bi-Directional torque: Torque can be applied in both right handed and left handed threaded nuts and bolts
Available in both Standard and Ratcheting type. Production type and open end type can be supplied against specific orders.
